Andrea Siener, PT, ATC
Andrea received a B.S. degree in Sports Science from Indiana University in 1991 and a M.S. degree in Physical Therapy from the University of Indianapolis in 1993. She is a certified trainer with a primary interest in general orthopedic rehabilitation. In 2004, Andrea received a specialty certification in Vestibular Rehabilitation for the treatment of patients with dizziness, vertigo and imbalance. She enjoys spending time with her husband and toddler plus outdoor activities including mountain biking, rock climbing, skiing, snowboarding, and backpacking.
Cathy Gates, PT
Cathy has been a partner with Foothills since its inception in 1992. She graduated with a degree in physical therapy from the University of Colorado in 1976. Married to a Colorado native, she and her family have lived in Fort Collins since 1984. She is now the Office manager of both clinics, yet stays actively involved in all aspects of the practice. Cathy is in charge of the student-mentoring program for Regis and CU through her involvement with the private practice section of the APTA. The Gates family is still quite active in the local soccer community. Cathy enjoys hiking, snowshoeing and travel.
Ellen Kelly, PT
Ellen is one of the founding partners of Foothills. She graduated from Simmons College, Boston in 1978 and has been practicing in the area of outpatient orthopedics since 1983. Since 1992 Ellen has specialized in the treatment of cervical, thoracic and lumbar spince disorders, both surgical and non-surgical. Ellen is married with two teenage boys and enjoys cycling, hiking and motorcycling.
Jerome Kulm, PT
A graduate of Loma Linda University, Jerome is one of the owners and originator of the Foothills clinic. He has worked in the Loveland/Fort Collins area for over 25 years. His
clinical background is in orthopedics and sports injuries. Jerome's emphasis is in upper and lower extremity injuries and problems. He has been very active with the sports medicine programs of local high schools, as well as being very active with the Colorado Chapter of the American Physical Therapy Association. Jerome was awarded the Bob Dodge Service Award in 2005. He enjoys golf, hiking and motorcycling.
Robert Trout, PT
Robert is a 1979 graduate of the Physical Therapy program at the University of Utah, and has practiced in the Fort Collins area for over 20 years. His clinical background is primarily orthopedic with a specialty in the area of temporomandibular joint (TMJ) dysfunction. His teamwork with dentists and physicians has provided solutions for many patients with TMJ disorders, myofascial pain and headaches. Robert enjoys traveling, especially to warmer climates during the Colorado winters.
Lennea Zink, PT
Lennea is a Colorado native and has lived in Loveland since 1991. She graduated from Regis University in 2001 with a M.S. degree in Physical Therapy. Participating in athletics throughout her life led her to develop a strong interest in orthopedics and sport therapy. Lennea enjoys taking continuing education classes focusing on manual therapy techniques and has interest in women's health. She continues to enjoy outdoors activities, sports and spending time with her husband and three children.
Gary Camp, OTR
An area resident since 1981, Gary has a great deal of experience in the evaluation and treatment of hand and upper extremity injuries. During his 19 years at Mckee Medical Center, Gary was department manager, a clinical OT and a member of the McKee Foundation. He also spent 10 years at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester where he developed a hand rehab clinic. Gary served as an occupational therapist in the Army Reserves Medical Specialists Corps. He is an active member of the Rotary Club and entertains as a pianist at local seniors facilities.
Ginny Ray, Billing Manager
Born and raised in Nebraska, Ginny and her husband and two sons have lived in Colorado since
1986. She has worked at Foothils since 2001. She enjoys bowling, biking and spending time
with her family.

Sue Helm, Front Desk (Loveland office)
A native Coloradoan, Sue, her husband and two sons have lived in the Loveland area for the
past ten years. She has been with Foothills since 2003 and loves meeting new people every day.
Her interests include reading, gardening and baking.
