Meet Us / Ray PT & Foothills Merger

In October 2008, Ray Physical Therapy, P.C. (RPT) merged with Foothills Orthopedic & Sport Therapy (FOST).  FOST was established in Loveland in 1992 followed by an opening of a Fort Collins clinic one year later. 

Ray Physical Therapy opened its doors in Fort Collins in 2001 at the present location on JFK Parkway.  A new logo was commissioned to celebrate the merger.  The four partners are: Cathy Gates, PT, Jerome Kulm, PT, Robert Trout, PT, and Jeff Ray, PT.  They each have over 28 years of experience and are committed to providing the best care in Northern Colorado.
